Monday - Thursday: 7 a.m. – 9 p.m. (CT)
Friday: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday: 7 a.m. - 12 p.m.
You can pay from your computer or mobile device. As long as you have Internet access, it’s easy to login and pay.
For online payments, we currently accept payment from your checking or savings account.
If you would like to set up future payments, or ask if we can accept a credit or debit card for your account, please contact an account representative at 800-741-2100.

We will offer more flexible payment options by allowing you to set up future payments and the ability to use a debit or credit card.
We help people find resources to resolve all of their past due accounts, not just the account we are servicing.

Some of the resources you may consider:

  • Borrow from yourself. Many retirement accounts like a 401(k), IRA or other retirement plan allow you to borrow against your savings.
  • Consider a home equity loan or home equity line of credit.
  • Have extra vacation days? Your employer may allow you to take pay in lieu of days off.
  • Defer a loan payment. If you have a current auto loan or mortgage loan you may consider requesting they defer your next payment.
  • Talk to a family member.
