LTD Financial Services is currently hiring in both its Houston and San Antonio locations for the following positions: 

                 Account Representative(s) (experienced and trainees) with opportunities for advancement

Benefits:  We offer excellent medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. Employees are eligible for benefits approximately 90
days after their hire date. Employees are entitled to five paid vacation days every six months.  After one
year of service, employees are encouraged to join our 401(k) plan. 

Growth:  Since opening it's doors in 1993, LTD has experienced substantial growth and currently has over 500 employees. LTD is proud of

Training:  Every new Account Representative receives at least one week of paid training. Training consists of orientation, company policies
and procedures, system operations and industry practices.

Incentives:  We believe that employees at all levels are motivated to peak
performance by additional incentives. In addition to monthly bonuses, LTD 
encourages the use of contests throughout the organization.  Below are just
a few examples of the contests and incentives we’ve run over the last couple 
of years: 

In 2004 LTD gave away a Ford Mustang GT Convertible.

In 2005 LTD gave away a Saturn VUE and a Saturn ION.
                 
In 2005 LTD gave away over $15,000 in gifts and prizes in our                  
annual Holiday Auction.
                 
Contests aren’t just for our Account Representatives,
in 2005 managers won cruises, flat-screen televisions and valuable
gift-cards.
                 
In all, LTD spent over $100,000 on incentives in 2006!

In 2007, LTD treated 100 of it's employees to an all inclusive trip to the
Isle of Capri Casino.

In 2007, 100 of LTD's employees were treated to a catered Houston Astros
game with club level seats.

In 2008, 20 employees were selected from our San Antonio office to attend
a Spurs game.
